Lots of people ask me about my diet. The Trim Healthy Mama (THM) approach is centered around low-glycemic eating: eating food that doesn’t spike your blood sugar. It is meant to work by learning the types of foods that they go over in the book. Organic is not a required focus, although Serene and other Mamas have personal convictions about this that they bring to the plan.
